Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

Traced to Ka'b al-Ahbar (automatic guess): a report of earlier scriptures, not a hadith of the Prophet ﷺ.

Then the Romans derive from the second nations ، Different tongues swarmed against them ، The Romans gather to them ، And Constantinople ، And Armenian ، Even shepherds and plowmen are angry with the Roman king ، He accepts many nations except the Romans, ten kings ، They are all one hundred thousand and eighty thousand ، The Arabs migrate to each other from different parts of the world ، The two wings meet: Egypt and Iraq in the Sham (Greater Syria) ، It is the head ، The Roman king arrives on a platform carried on two mules ، They will direct their armies and tour all of Syria except Damascus ، Muslims walk to them on their feet ، They meet at such and such depth ، Four citizens ، The two groups walk along a river whose water is cold in the summer ، Hot in winter ، Its water will flow and increase on that day ، The immigrants descend below ، And the Romans are the utmost ، They tie their horses to the trees beside their journey ، They prepare to fight until they reach the land of Qinnasrin ، Their home will be between Homs and Antioch ، And the Arabs between Busra and Damascus and beyond ، The Romans did not leave any wood, firewood, or trees without burning them ، The two groups meet at a river between Aleppo and Qinnasrin ، Then they will reach a depth of land where their fighting is great ، Whoever attends that day should be in the first march ، If he cannot, then the second, third, fourth, or the other ، If he is not able to bear it, then he should stick to the group’s tent and not leave it ، The hand of Allah Almighty is upon them ، Whoever flees on that day will not feel the scent of Paradise ، The Romans say to the Muslims: Leave our land for us ، Return to us all the red and hybrid ones among you and the sons of the concubines ، Then the Muslims say: Whoever wishes will join you ، Whoever wants to pay for his religion and himself ، The Banu Hajn became angry ، And the secrets and the red ones ، They hold a banner for a man from Al-Hamra ، He is the authority that Abraham and Isaac promised to be given at the end of time ، So they pledge allegiance to him ، Then they fight the Romans alone ، They will be victorious over the Romans ، The Hijra Arabs sided with the Romans and their hypocrites when they saw the support of the loyalists over the Romans ، Entire tribes flee ، Most of it is from an otter ، And people from Al-Hamra ، Until they focus their banners on them ، Then the comrades call for excellence ، If someone catches up with them, they call out: The cross has been defeated ، The best Arabs at that time were the Yemeni immigrants ، Himyar, Alhan, and Qais ، Those are the best people on that day ، So, on that day, you will kill and not be killed ، And Jadis is like her ، And the Azd kill and kill ، On that day, the Muslim army will split into four groups ، A group is martyred ، And a band that is patient ، And a band invades ، And a group follows its enemy ، He said: The Romans were very aggressive against the Arabs, so their successor, the righteous Yemeni Qurashi, came with three thousand ، They appoint a prince over them ، And with him were seventy princes ، They are all Saleh, the owner of a flag ، The one who was killed and the one who was patient on that day will receive equal reward ، Then Allah will unleash upon the Romans a wind and birds that will strike their faces with their wings and go out their eyes ، And the earth cracks with them ، They find themselves in a pit after lightning strikes and tremors strike them ، And Allah supports those who are patient ، They will be rewarded just as He was required of the Companions of Muhammad ﷺ. ، It fills their hearts and chests with courage and boldness ، When the Romans saw the lack of patient group, they became greedy and said: Ride on every hoof ، So I trampled them and destroyed them ، Then a Muslim rider stands on his saddle and looks to his right, to his left, and between his hands ، He sees neither end nor discontinuity ، He says: Creation has come to you, and there is no one to support you except Allah ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، And I will give her blood to drink ، Then your Lord will open the treasure trove of His weapons which is in the fourth heaven ، His weapon is glory and might ، Then the angels descend upon them ، Muslims throw their bows ، They hammer the sheaths of their swords and attach them to them ، They point the tips of their spears at them ، And your Lord extends His hand to the weapon of the infidels and holds it together so that it does not cut ، Then their hands were tied to their necks ، And the weapons of the Almohads are directed at them ، If a believer were to hit a peg, it would be cut off ، Gabriel and Michael descend and push them away with the angels with them ، Allah will defeat them ، They drive them like sheep until they take them to their kings ، Their kings fell down with fear on their faces ، Their crowns will be removed from their heads ، They trample them with horses and feet until they kill them ، Until their blood reaches the size of two horses and the ground does not dry it ، And every blood that reaches two horses is an epic ، He slaughtered ، That was the cessation of the Roman kingdom ، Allah Almighty sends angels to the outskirts of its islands to inform them of the killing of the Romans

[Collection & Reference]: Narration #1290 in Kitab al-Fitan (Nu'aym ibn Hammad).

[Scholarly Verification Notice]: Recorded in Nu'aym ibn Hammad's Kitab al-Fitan (d. 228 AH). Hadith scholars classify this historical compilation as ungraded and weak overall; its isolated reports are not accepted as established doctrine unless corroborated by standard Sahih works.

[Core Subject]: Al-Rum, the Romans, were the Byzantine Empire in the Prophet's time. Many narrations about the end speak of the Muslims' relations with them: a truce, a joint war, then the great battle.

[Described Characteristics]: Amr ibn al-As heard that the Hour will come when the Romans are the most numerous of people, and he listed their good qualities: they are the most forbearing in trial, the quickest to recover after a disaster, the best to the poor, orphans and the weak, and they resist the oppression of kings.

[Timeline & Context]: Their part runs through the whole time before the Dajjal: first the truce, then the war, then the conquest of Constantinople.

[Prophetic Practice]: Amr's words teach fairness: name the good in others even when speaking of conflict.

[Core Subject]: Constantinople, today's Istanbul, was the capital of the Romans. The Prophet ﷺ foretold that the Muslims would conquer it.

[Described Characteristics]: In Sahih Muslim, after the great battle the Muslims reach the city and conquer it without weapons: at the first 'La ilaha illallah wallahu akbar' one side of its wall falls, at the second the other side, at the third the way opens. While they are dividing the spoils, a cry goes up that the Dajjal has come among their families.

[Timeline & Context]: The conquest comes right after the great battle and just before the Dajjal.

[Prophetic Practice]: The city falls to dhikr, not weapons. La ilaha illallah wallahu akbar is worth more than we think.

[Core Subject]: Jannah, Paradise, is the eternal home of the believers: 'what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no heart has imagined'.

[Described Characteristics]: Gardens with rivers of water, milk, honey and pure drink; a hundred levels, the highest al-Firdaws under the Throne. No illness, no ageing, no sorrow, no death. Its greatest joy is seeing Allah, and His saying: 'I am pleased with you and will never be displeased with you after this.'

[Timeline & Context]: After the Bridge, the believers enter it forever. Paradise already exists now.

[Prophetic Practice]: 'When you ask Allah, ask for al-Firdaws.'

[Geographical Locations]: Mentioned in narration : Damascus, Sham (Greater Syria), Iraq, Egypt, Homs, Qinnasrin, Antioch, Constantinople (Istanbul).
