Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

Traced to Ka'b al-Ahbar (automatic guess): a report of earlier scriptures, not a hadith of the Prophet ﷺ.

Allah Almighty gave Ishmael, peace be upon him, twelve leaders from his blood, the best and best of them being Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Omar ibn al-Khattab, and Uthman Dhul-Nour, who is killed unjustly and is given his reward twice, and the king of the Sham (Greater Syria) and his son, and al-Saffah, and Mansour, and Sin and Salam, meaning goodness and well-being.
