Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

However, if Islam deprives the Sham (Greater Syria) and repeats it three times, Allah will lead to it the elite of His servants. No one will go to it, desiring it, except one who is afflicted, and no one will turn away from it, desiring it, except one who is intrigued. And the eye of Allah Almighty will be upon it from the first day of eternity to the last day of eternity, with dew and rain, and if its people are incapable of money, they will not be incapable of bread and water.
