Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

Traced to Ka'b al-Ahbar (automatic guess): a report of earlier scriptures, not a hadith of the Prophet ﷺ.

Oh Abu Amer ، If these two dustbins are blown up, get your family out of Homs ، He said: I said: If I don't do it? He said: If you enter Antarsus and three hundred martyrs are killed there, then expel your family from Homs ، He said: I said: If I don't do it? He said: “If the camel comes from Andalusia with a thousand talismans ، Then he dispersed it between Al-Aqraa and Jaffa, and expelled your family from Homs ، I said: What will happen to them? He said: The non-Arabs close it to the descendants of Muslims and their women ، He said: Then we surrounded ourselves until we entered Deir Mashal ، He said: You see this wood ، On that day, it will be the catapults of the Muslims ، I said: How much is between the camel's head and Antarsus? He said: It is not permissible for her to complete three years ، Then he said to me: The Romans have three duties ، This is the first ، The other is an army with a thousand castles at sea, which they disperse ، Every soldier has their share ، They go out on a date in one day ، When that day came, each people would go out to the Muslims next to them ، And they burn their ships ، And they make its castles tents ، Then they fight, and the affliction and fighting intensify throughout the Sham (Greater Syria) ، They cannot defeat each other ، And Allah withholds victory ، He draws weapons ، People will be encouraged until it becomes the case for Muslims to fortify themselves in Al-Mada'in ، The Book of the Romans comes to the notice of the city of Mada'in ، Then the non-Arabs of Homs close their doors to the Muslim descendants and women there ، The fighting intensifies in the land of Palestine for four consecutive days, and Abu Al-Zahriyah said: If you wish, I will tell you the first and last day of the four. ، Then Allah Almighty opens the door to the Muslims on the fourth day ، And the Romans are defeated ، The Muslims follow them, killing them in every plain and mountain ، Until the remnants of the Romans enter Constantinople ، They will only stay for a short time until they send to you asking for peace . Kaab said: “Then you will reconcile with them over ten years.” ، In that reconciliation, the woman travels safely ، You and the Romans will invade from behind Constantinople against an enemy of theirs, and you will be victorious over them ، So if you go and see Constantinople ، And you saw that you had reached your families and those of your peace ، Then you and they will invade Kufa and fight it as a battlefield ، Then you and the Romans will also attack some of the people of the East and support them ، So you curse the offspring and the women ، And you take the money ، Then, when you have closed a house, you will descend until you have finished the division of your spoils ، Then the Romans say: Give us our share of children and women ، Muslims say: This is not possible for us in our religion ، But take from all the other things ، The Romans say: We only take from everything ، Muslims say: This is something you will never achieve ، The Romans say: You were defeated by us and by our cross ، Then the Muslims say: Rather, Allah Almighty gave victory to his religion ، While they were quarreling as well, they raised the cross ، Muslims get angry ، Then a man jumps at him and breaks him ، Some people take sides with others ، There was a little fighting between them ، Then the Romans leave in anger until they reach their king and say: The Arabs have betrayed us ، They denied us our rights ، And they broke our cross ، And they killed us ، Their king gets very angry ، He gathers a large crowd of Romans ، He reconciles with whoever of the nations he can ، This is the beginning of the great epic ، Then they march and the Muslims flock to them ، And their successor on that day was Al-Yamani.” ، Kaab used to say: “He is a Yemeni ، He is from Quraysh ، They will fight at the beginning of the earth ، The Romans will have mercy on the Muslims until they expel them from their camp ، Likewise, whenever they meet, the Romans will be on the side of the Muslims ، He also informs Homs of the news ، They will continue to do so until the people of Homs witness the dust and dust ، Then the people of Homs, their children, women, and the weakest people there flee towards Damascus ، Thousands of people die between Homs and Thaniyat al-Aqab ، Of kindness and arrogance ، It means thirst ، The woman even chants as the Persians chant: “Whoever saw so-and-so, the daughter of so-and-so?” A man says: O Abdullah ، I saw her in such and such place ، She had bound her foot with her veil and had become covered in blood ، The fighting between Muslims and Romans intensifies ، Victory is sealed ، Pointing weapons at each other ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، ، They pledge allegiance to a man from among them ، Then they take sides and fight on their side ، The Arabs are fighting on the one hand ، Then Allah will grant him victory ، The Roman king would then perish ، The Romans will be defeated ، Then men stand up on their saddles from the mounts of their horses ، Then they would call out in a loud voice: O community of Muslims ، Allah will never return this conquest until you turn away from Him ، The Muslims pursue them and kill them in every plain and mountain ، It is not permissible for Matmora to refuse ، Nor a city ، Until they reach Constantinople ، At that time, the Muslims would meet a group of Moses’ people who would witness the conquest with them ، On the one hand, Muslims grow older ، The wall cracks and he falls ، People rise up and enter Constantinople ، While they were seizing her money and her captivity, fire fell from the sky in the direction of the city ، If it is inflamed ، Then the Muslims will come out with what they have been afflicted with until they descend on Al-Farquduna ، While they were dividing what Allah had bestowed upon them, they heard that the Dajjal had emerged among your families ، And they leave ، They find the news false ، They join Jerusalem ، It will be their stronghold until the Dajjal emerges

[Collection & Reference]: Narration #1300 in Kitab al-Fitan (Nu'aym ibn Hammad).

[Scholarly Verification Notice]: Recorded in Nu'aym ibn Hammad's Kitab al-Fitan (d. 228 AH). Hadith scholars classify this historical compilation as ungraded and weak overall; its isolated reports are not accepted as established doctrine unless corroborated by standard Sahih works.

[Core Subject]: The Dajjal (al-Masih al-Dajjal, the false messiah) is a single man who will appear near the end and claim to be God. Every prophet warned his people about him, and the Prophet ﷺ called his trial the greatest from the creation of Adam until the Hour.

[Described Characteristics]: He is a young man, stocky, with thick curly hair, blind in his right eye, which looks like a floating grape. Between his eyes is written ka-fa-ra (kafir), which every believer can read, literate or not. He brings what looks like paradise and hell, but his paradise is fire and his fire is cool water. He orders the sky to rain and it rains. He stays forty days: one like a year, one like a month, one like a week, the rest like ordinary days. He cannot enter Makkah or Madinah.

[Timeline & Context]: In the narrated order he is the first of the great signs. He comes after the great battle with the Romans and the conquest of Constantinople, and Isa (AS) kills him at the gate of Lud.

[Prophetic Practice]: Memorise the first ten verses of Surah al-Kahf, read al-Kahf on Fridays, and in every prayer before the salam ask Allah's refuge from the trial of the Dajjal. Whoever hears of him should keep away from him.

[Core Subject]: Al-Malhamah al-Kubra is the great battle between the Muslims and the Romans (al-Rum) near the end of time. The narrations describe it as one of the fiercest wars in history.

[Described Characteristics]: The Romans land at al-A'maq or Dabiq in northern Syria. An army from Madinah, the best people on earth in that day, goes out to meet them. A third flees and Allah never accepts their repentance, a third are killed and are the best martyrs, and a third win and are never tried again. Sahih Muslim describes a battle so long that men pledge to fight to the death three days running, and so deadly that a bird flying past the bodies falls dead before reaching their end.

[Timeline & Context]: It comes after a truce with the Romans breaks down, and before the conquest of Constantinople and the Dajjal.

[Prophetic Practice]: The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Do not wish to meet the enemy; ask Allah for well-being. But if you meet them, be steadfast.'

[Core Subject]: Al-Rum, the Romans, were the Byzantine Empire in the Prophet's time. Many narrations about the end speak of the Muslims' relations with them: a truce, a joint war, then the great battle.

[Described Characteristics]: Amr ibn al-As heard that the Hour will come when the Romans are the most numerous of people, and he listed their good qualities: they are the most forbearing in trial, the quickest to recover after a disaster, the best to the poor, orphans and the weak, and they resist the oppression of kings.

[Timeline & Context]: Their part runs through the whole time before the Dajjal: first the truce, then the war, then the conquest of Constantinople.

[Prophetic Practice]: Amr's words teach fairness: name the good in others even when speaking of conflict.

[Core Subject]: Constantinople, today's Istanbul, was the capital of the Romans. The Prophet ﷺ foretold that the Muslims would conquer it.

[Described Characteristics]: In Sahih Muslim, after the great battle the Muslims reach the city and conquer it without weapons: at the first 'La ilaha illallah wallahu akbar' one side of its wall falls, at the second the other side, at the third the way opens. While they are dividing the spoils, a cry goes up that the Dajjal has come among their families.

[Timeline & Context]: The conquest comes right after the great battle and just before the Dajjal.

[Prophetic Practice]: The city falls to dhikr, not weapons. La ilaha illallah wallahu akbar is worth more than we think.

[Geographical Locations]: Mentioned in narration : Madinah, Baitul Maqdis (Jerusalem), Damascus, Sham (Greater Syria), Kufa, Homs, Andalus, Constantinople (Istanbul).
