Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

Don't you go back in error after me, striking the necks of one another, so that the witnesses among you may reach those who are absent. Verily, your blood, your money, and your honor are sacred to you, as sacred as this day of yours, in this country of yours, in this month of yours, and you will meet your Lord, and He will ask you about your deeds. So do you not return in error after me, striking the necks of some of you, so that the witnesses among you may reach the ones who are absent.
