حدثنا حفص بن غياث، عن عاصم، عن سيار بن سلامة، قال: دخلنا على أبي برزة حين تفرق الناس فقال: «إنه أغبط الناس عندي عصابة ملبدة خماص البطون من أموالهم، خفيف ظهورهم من دمائهم»
