Kitab al-Fitan of Nu'aym ibn Hammad: ungraded, and weak overall. Never established on its own.

Why do they make killing me lawful? Killing is only lawful for three: whoever disbelieves after believing, who commits adultery after chastity, or who kills a soul for other than a soul, and I have done nothing of that. By Allah, if you kill me, you will not pray together, nor fight an enemy all together, except for separate desires.
