قال ابن لهيعة: وأخبرني عبد العزيز بن صالح، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس، رضي الله عنه قال: «إذا كان خروج السفياني في سبع وثلاثين، كان ملكه ثمانية وعشرين شهرا، وإن خرج في تسع وثلاثين كان ملكه تسعة أشهر»
If Al-Sufyani came out in thirty-seven, his reign would be twenty-eight months, and if he came out in thirty-nine, his reign would be nine months.
