The seventh descendant of Abbas calls people to justice, but they do not respond to him. So he says: I am following the path of Abu Bakr and Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) among you, and he divides the spoils equally, so his family says to him: Do you want to expel us from our livelihood? They refused to do so, and he killed a number of his family members, and they disagreed among themselves. Then a man from the progeny of Fihr would emerge, gathering from the Berbers until he took the pulpits of Egypt. Then a man from the progeny of Abu Sufyan would emerge, and when Al-Fihri reached his exit, they separated into three groups until the end of the hadith.
