إنكم تلبثون بعدي حتى تقولوا: متى؟، وستأتون أفنادا يفني بعضكم بعضا، وبين يدي الساعة موتان شديد، وبعده سنوات الزلازل

You will remain after me until you say: When? And you will come into ruins, one of you annihilating the other. And before the Hour is two severe deaths, and after it will be years of earthquakes.

إذا كانت صيحة في رمضان فإنه يكون معمعة في شوال، وتمييز القبائل في ذي القعدة، وتسفك الدماء في ذي الحجة والمحرم، وما المحرم ، يقولها ثلاثا، هيهات هيهات، يقتل الناس فيها هرجا هرجا قال: قلنا: وما الصيحة يا رسول الله؟ قال: " هدة في النصف من رمضان ليلة جمعة، فتكون هدة توقظ النائم، وتقعد القائم، وتخرج العواتق من خدورهن، في ليلة جمعة، في سنة كثيرة الزلازل، فإذا صليتم الفجر من يوم الجمعة فادخلوا بيوتكم، واغلقوا أبوابكم، وسدوا كواكم، ودثروا أنفسكم، وسدوا آذانكم، فإذا حسستم بالصيحة فخروا لله سجدا، وقولوا: سبحان القدوس، سبحان القدوس، ربنا القدوس، فإن من فعل ذلك نجا، ومن لم يفعل ذلك هلك

If it is a shout in Ramadan, then there will be a riot in Shawwal, and the discrimination of tribes in Dhul-Qa’dah, and bloodshed in Dhul-Hijjah and Muharram, and what is forbidden? He says it three times, “Far from, far from,” people will be killed therein in commotion. He said: We said: What is the shout, O Messenger of Allah? He said: “There is a truce in the middle of Ramadan, a Friday night. It will be a truce that awakens the sleeping person, makes the standing one sit still, and brings the freed ones out of their pods, on a Friday night, in a year with many earthquakes. So when you pray the dawn prayer on Friday, go into your homes, close your doors, close your windows, cover yourselves, and close your ears. So when you feel the shout, bow down to Allah, prostrating yourself, and say: Glory be to Him. The Holy One, Glory be to the Holy One, our Holy Lord, for whoever does that will be saved, and whoever does not do that will perish

أمتي أمة مرحومة، لا عذاب عليها في الآخرة، عذابها في الدنيا الزلازل والبلاء، فإذا كان يوم القيامة أعطى الله كل رجل من أمتي رجلا من الكفار من يأجوج ومأجوج، فيقال: هذا فداؤك من النار فقال رجل: يا رسول الله، فأين القصاص؟ فسكت

My nation is a compassionate nation, and there will be no torment for it in the afterlife. Its torment in this world is earthquakes and afflictions. If on the Day of Resurrection, Allah will give every man from my nation one man from the infidels from Gog and Magog, and it will be said: This is your redemption from Hell. Then a man said: O Messenger of Allah, so where is the retaliation? So he remained silent

أمتي لا عذاب عليها في الآخرة، إنما عذابها الزلازل والفتن في الدنيا

My nation will have no torment in the Hereafter, but its torment will be earthquakes and temptations in this world

الذي وعدت هذه الأمة من الزلازل والبلاء والقتل والفتن فوق المائة ودون المائتين ، يرددها عليهم ثلاثا

What promised this nation of earthquakes, calamities, killings, and temptations exceeds one hundred and less than two hundred

فلا تنالون من عدوكم، وتقصر الخطوة

So do not harm your enemy and shorten your steps

إنه أوحي إلي أني غير لابث فيكم، ولستم لابثون بعدي إلا قليلا، ثم تلبثون حتى تقولوا: متى؟ وستأتون أفنادا يفني بعضكم بعضا، وبين يدي الساعة موتان شديد، وبعده سنوات الزلازل

It has been revealed to me that I will not remain with you, and you will not remain after me except for a little while. Then you will remain until you say: When? You will come into ruins, annihilating one another, and before the Hour there will be two severe deaths, and after it will be years of earthquakes

إن البلاء والزلازل والقتل ما فوق الثمانين ودون المائة، فالله أعلم أي الثمانين

The affliction, earthquakes, and killing are more than eighty and less than one hundred, so Allah knows which is eighty

أمتي مرحومة، ليس عليها عذاب في الآخرة، إنما عذابها في الدنيا الزلازل والفتن والقتل

My nation is merciful. There is no torment for it in the afterlife, but its torment in this world is earthquakes, temptations, and murder
