The Hour comes on the worst of people
In brief
The Hour will not come while anyone on earth still says 'Allah, Allah'. After the gentle wind takes the believers, only the worst of people are left, and the Hour comes on them.
The narrations describe people who no longer know good from evil, who live like animals and mate openly in the streets. Shaytan comes to them and leads them back to worshipping idols. Their provision still reaches them and life looks comfortable, until the Trumpet is blown.
This is a hard text with a mercy inside it: no believer will live through the terror of the Hour itself. Scholars such as al-Nawawi explain that the wind first takes every soul with even a grain of faith.
Keep the remembrance of Allah alive in your home. As long as His name is remembered, the end has not come.

Luke 17:26-30; 21:20-28
The Days of Noah and Lot, Jerusalem Surrounded by Armies, and the Times of the Gentiles
Jesus warns that the coming of the Son of Man will mirror the days of Noah and Lot: people were eating, drinking, marrying, buying, selling, planting, and building, until the flood and fire suddenly fell and destroyed them all. In chapter 21, he foretells that when Jerusalem is surrounded by armies, its desolation has come near; the inhabitants will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive into all nations, and Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Cosmic signs in the sun, moon, and stars will cause men to faint from fear before the Son of Man comes in a cloud with power.
Likewise, even as it happened in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from the sky, and destroyed them all. It will be the same way in the day that the Son of Man is revealed.
They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
