The Blowing of the Trumpet for the Resurrection

وعن وهب بن منبه قال: يبلون في القبور فإذا سمعوا الصرخة عادت الأرواح إلى الأبدان والمفاصل، بعضها إلى بعض، فإذا سمعوا النفخة الثانية ذهب القوم قياما على أرجلهم، ينفضون التراب عن رؤوسهم، يقول المؤمنون: سبحانك ما عبدناك حق عبادتك.
ওয়াহাব ইবনে মুনাব্বিহ হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন: "তারা কবরে বিগলিত ও ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত হয়ে যায়, অতঃপর যখন তারা সেই বিকট চিৎকার শুনতে পাবে, তখন রূহগুলো পুনরায় দেহের মধ্যে এবং অস্থিসন্ধিগুলো পরস্পরের সাথে যুক্ত হয়ে ফিরে আসবে। এরপর যখন তারা দ্বিতীয় ফুৎকার শুনবে, তখন মানুষ তাদের পায়ের ওপর দাঁড়িয়ে যাবে এবং নিজেদের মাথা থেকে মাটি ঝাড়তে থাকবে। আর মুমিনগণ বলবে: 'হে আল্লাহ, আপনি পরম পবিত্র! আপনার যেমন ইবাদত করা উচিত ছিল, আমরা আপনার তেমন যথাযথ ইবাদত করতে পারিনি।'"
And on the authority of Wahb ibn Munabbih, he said: "They decompose in the graves, and when they hear the piercing cry, the souls return to the bodies and the joints rejoin one another. Then, when they hear the second blowing of the Trumpet, the people stand upright upon their feet, brushing the dust off their heads, and the believers will say: 'Glory be to You! We have not worshipped You as You truly deserve to be worshipped.'"
