Mention of the Valley of Lamlam
ذكر وادي لملم
أعاذنا الله سبحانه وتعالى منه بمنه وكرمه
আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা তাঁর অনুগ্রহ ও দয়ায় আমাদেরকে তা থেকে রক্ষা করুন।
May Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He, grant us refuge from it by His grace and generosity.
لا يدخل الجنة مدمن خمر، ولا قاطع رحم ولا مصدق بسحر
মদে আসক্ত ব্যক্তি, আত্মীয়তার বন্ধন ছিন্নকারী এবং জাদুকে সত্য বলে বিশ্বাসকারী জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না।
The habitual drinker of wine, the one who severs family ties, and the one who believes in sorcery will not enter Paradise.
قال الإمام أحمد: حدثنا علي بن عبد الله، حدثنا المعتمر بن سليمان، قال: قرأت عن الفضل بن ميسرة، من حديث أبي جرير، أن أبا بردة حدثه من حديث أبي موسى، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
ইমাম আহমাদ বলেন: আলী ইবনে আবদুল্লাহ আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, মু'তামির ইবনে সুলাইমান আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, তিনি বলেন: আমি আল-ফাদল ইবনে মায়সারাহ থেকে পাঠ করেছি, আবু জারীরের হাদিস থেকে, আবু বুরদাহ তাঁকে আবু মূসার হাদিস থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, নবী (ﷺ) বলেছেন:
Imam Ahmad said: 'Ali ibn 'Abdullah narrated to us, Mu'tamar ibn Sulayman narrated to us, he said: I read from al-Fadl ibn Maysarah, from the hadith of Abu Jarir, that Abu Burdah narrated to him from the hadith of Abu Musa, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"ثلاثة لا يدخلون الجنة: مدمن خمر، وقاطع رحم، ومصدق بالسحر، ومن مات مدمن الخمر سقاه الله من نهر الغوطة"، قيل: وما نهر الغوطة؟ قال: "نهر يجري من فروج المومسات، يؤذي أهل النار ريح فروجهن". 1
"তিন শ্রেণির লোক জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না: মদে আসক্ত ব্যক্তি, আত্মীয়তার বন্ধন ছিন্নকারী এবং জাদুকে সত্য বলে বিশ্বাসকারী। আর যে ব্যক্তি মদে আসক্ত থাকা অবস্থায় মারা যাবে, আল্লাহ তাকে 'গূতাহ' নদী থেকে পান করাবেন।" জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলো, "গূতাহ নদী কী?" তিনি বললেন, "ব্যভিচারিণীদের যৌনাঙ্গ থেকে প্রবাহিত তরলের নদী, তাদের যৌনাঙ্গের দুর্গন্ধ জাহান্নামীদের কষ্ট দেবে।"
"Three will not enter Paradise: a habitual drinker of wine, a severer of family ties, and a believer in sorcery. And whoever dies as a habitual drinker of wine, Allah will make him drink from the river of al-Ghutah." It was asked, "And what is the river of al-Ghutah?" He said, "A river flowing from the private parts of prostitutes; the stench of their private parts will torment the dwellers of the Fire."
قال الحسن بن سفيان: حدثنا حبان بن موسى، حدثنا ابن المبارك، حدثنا يحيى بن عبيد الله، سمعت أبي يقول: سمعت أبا هريرة يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:
আল-হাসান ইবনে সুফিয়ান বলেন: হাব্বান ইবনে মূসা আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, ইবনুল মুবারক আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, ইয়াহইয়া ইবনে উবায়দুল্লাহ আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, আমি আমার পিতাকে বলতে শুনেছি: আমি আবু হুরায়রাকে বলতে শুনেছি, তিনি বলেন: রাসুলুল্লাহ (ﷺ) ইরশাদ করেছেন:
Al-Hasan ibn Sufyan said: Habban ibn Musa narrated to us, Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Ubaydullah narrated to us, I heard my father say: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"إن في جهنم لواديا يقال له لملم، وإن أودية جهنم لتستعيذ بالله من حره" هذا حديث غريب.
"নিশ্চয়ই জাহান্নামে 'লামলাম' নামের একটি উপত্যকা রয়েছে, আর জাহান্নামের অপরাপর উপত্যকাগুলোও এর তীব্র উত্তাপ থেকে আল্লাহর নিকট পানাহ চায়।" এটি একটি গরীব (বিরল) হাদিস।
"Indeed, in Hell there is a valley called Lamlam, and verily the other valleys of Hell seek refuge with Allah from its heat." This is a gharib (rare) hadith.
