From the terrors of the Day of Resurrection

من أهوال يوم القيامة

قال تعالى: {يوم تبدل الأرض غير الأرض والسموات وبرزوا لله الواحد القهار وترى المجرمين يومئذ مقرنين في الأصفاد سرابيلهم من قطران وتغشى وجوههم النار} [إبراهيم:48-50] .

মহান আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন: {যেদিন এই পৃথিবী পরিবর্তিত হয়ে অন্য পৃথিবী হবে এবং আকাশমন্ডলীও, আর সমস্ত সৃষ্টি একক পরাক্রমশালী আল্লাহর সম্মুখে উপস্থিত হবে; এবং সেদিন তুমি অপরাধীদেরকে শৃঙ্খলে আবদ্ধ দেখতে পাবে, তাদের পোশাক হবে আলকাতরার এবং আগুন তাদের মুখমণ্ডল ঢেকে ফেলবে।} [ইবরাহীম: ৪৮-৫০]

Allah the Exalted said: "On the Day when the earth will be replaced with another earth, and the heavens as well, and all creatures will come forth before Allah, the One, the Subduer. And you will see the criminals on that Day bound together in shackles, their garments of pitch and their faces covered by fire." [Ibrahim: 48-50]

وقال تعالى:

এবং মহান আল্লাহ বলেন:

And Allah the Exalted said:

{إذا السماء انشقت وأذنت لربها وحقت} [الانشقاق:1-2] .

{যখন আকাশ বিদীর্ণ হবে, এবং তার প্রতিপালকের আদেশ পালন করবে এবং এটিই তার কর্তব্য।} [আল-ইনশিকাক: ১-২]

"When the sky splits open, and hearkens to its Lord, and it is right for it to do so." [al-Inshiqaq: 1-2]

وقال تعالى:

এবং মহান আল্লাহ বলেন:

And Allah the Exalted said:

{فإذا برق البصر وخسف القمر وجمع الشمس والقمر يقول الإنسان يومئذ أين المفر كلا لا وزر إلى ربك يومئذ المستقر ينبؤا الإنسان يومئذ بما قدم وأخر بل الإنسان على نفسه بصيرة ولو ألقى معاذيره} [القيامة:7-15] .

{অতঃপর যখন দৃষ্টি চমকে যাবে, চন্দ্র আলোহীন হয়ে যাবে, এবং সূর্য ও চন্দ্রকে একত্রিত করা হবে, সেদিন মানুষ বলবে: ‘পলায়নের স্থান কোথায়?’ কখনই নয়, কোনো আশ্রয়স্থল নেই! সেদিন আপনার প্রতিপালকের নিকটই হবে চূড়ান্ত অবস্থান। সেদিন মানুষকে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে সে কী অগ্রে পাঠিয়েছে এবং কী পশ্চাতে রেখে গেছে। বরং মানুষ নিজেই তার নিজের বিরুদ্ধে প্রত্যক্ষদর্শী, যদিও সে নানা ওজর-আপত্তি পেশ করে।} [আল-কিয়ামাহ: ৭-১৫]

"So when vision is dazzled, and the moon is eclipsed, and the sun and the moon are joined together, man will say on that Day, 'Where is the escape?' By no means! There is no refuge! To your Lord that Day is the place of final settlement. Man will be informed that Day of what he sent forth and what he kept back. Nay, man will be a witness against himself, even though he tenders his excuses." [al-Qiyamah: 7-15]

وسيأتي تقرير أن هذا كله كائن، بعد نفخة الصعق، وأما زلزال الأرض، وانشقاقها بسبب تلك الزلزلة، وفرار الناس إلى أقطارها، وأرجائها، فمناسب أن يكون بعد نفخة الفزع وقبل الصعق، قال الله تعالى إخبارا عن مؤمن آل فرعون أنه قال:

সামনে এ বিষয়ে বিশদ বিবরণ আসবে যে, এসব ঘটনা ঘটবে সংজ্ঞাহীন বা মৃত্যুর শিঙ্গাধ্বনির (নাফখাতুস সা'ক) পর। পক্ষান্তরে ভূকম্পন, সেই ভূকম্পনের কারণে ভূ-পৃষ্ঠ বিদীর্ণ হওয়া এবং মানুষের দিগ্বিদিক ও চারপাশের প্রান্তসীমার দিকে পলায়ন করা, তা ভীতির শিঙ্গাধ্বনির (নাফখাতুল ফাযা') পর এবং মৃত্যুর শিঙ্গাধ্বনির পূর্বে সংঘটিত হওয়াই সংগত। মহান আল্লাহ ফেরাউনের পরিবারের মুমিন ব্যক্তি সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা করে বলেন:

It will be explained later that all of this occurs after the blast of stunning (Nafkhat al-Sa'q). As for the earthquake of the earth, its splitting due to that convulsion, and the fleeing of people to its outermost horizons and regions, it is fitting that this occurs after the blast of terror (Nafkhat al-Faza') and before the stunning. Allah the Exalted said, recounting the statement of the believer from the household of Pharaoh:

{ويا قوم إني أخاف عليكم يوم التناد يوم تولون مدبرين ما لكم من الله من عاصم} [غافر:32-33] .

{হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, আমি তোমাদের জন্য সেই ডাকাডাকির দিনের ভয় করছি, যেদিন তোমরা পিছু ফিরে পলায়ন করবে, আল্লাহর শাস্তি হতে তোমাদের কোনো রক্ষাকারী থাকবে না।} [গাফির: ৩২-৩৩]

"And O my people, indeed I fear for you the Day of Calling, the Day you will turn around in flight, having no protector against Allah." [Ghafir: 32-33]

وقال تعالى:

এবং মহান আল্লাহ বলেন:

And Allah the Exalted said:

{يا معشر الجن والإنس إن استطعتم أن تنفذوا من أقطار السموات والأرض فانفذوا لا تنفذون إلا بسلطان فبأي آلاء ربكما تكذبان

{হে জিন ও মানবজাতি, তোমরা যদি আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীর প্রান্তসীমা অতিক্রম করতে পারো, তবে অতিক্রম করো! তোমরা কর্তৃত্ব ও পরাক্রম ছাড়া তা অতিক্রম করতে পারবে না। অতএব তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের কোন অনুগ্রহকে অস্বীকার করবে?}

"O assembly of jinn and humans, if you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through! You cannot pass through except with authority. Which of the favors of your Lord will you then deny?"
